Apologies for the lateness of this mailout, I’ve had a very slow week – some weeks are more like that at the moment I feel – as we trudge towards the [now visible] light. I started a herbology course on wednesdays which has mildly disrupted my weds routine of admin also, oof. Anyway, hope you enjoy this week’s food offerings, and that you’re all hanging on in there!
