Sunny weather means sunny salads

I hope you’ve been able to get your bodies out in the sun for some lovely Vitamin D this week!

It’s Easter weekend, and I’m making Easter Nest Cake as a little extra to order for Sunday folk if so desired.

Not much to report on the home front – off to my herbology course in a minute so I may not reply this evening to your emails / immediately, but don’t worry and I’ll get back to you by the morning πŸ™‚
