🌸EYG Weekend Food 9-11th April🌺

Morning all,

Despite the random hail and grey clouds, I’ve really enjoyed the last week. I met some friends in a park for the first time in a year and half… it was wonderful. The tulips are out, as are magnolias – and with daisies and dandelion heads emerging it feels like life is beaming from the ground. I have been keenly eying up the dandelion patches with a view to make this years’ batch of dandelion honey… yum.

This weekend we have a delicious date night box – with some dishes Chelle and I have enjoyed numerous times over the week at home (as they are simply moreish); afternoon tea is back for another run, and of course we have the trusty sunday roast to round up the week.
